Dunlap-Wheeler Park Improvements Design Project

As recommended in the Atlantic Beach District Master Plan, in 2024 the Town Council authorized funding to hired a landscape design consultant to work with Town staff and committees to develop a design to enhance the park, making it more inviting and functional, as well as more resilient to the impacts of climate change. Over the next several months potential development concepts will be vetted by Town staff, committees and the public before a preferred development concept is present to the Town Council for consideration. Information regarding the process are provided below.
