Resident Drop-In Hours The Middletown Outreach Department holds weekly drop-in hours for residents at the Middletown Library Community Room every Thursday from 10am-12pm. It’s an opportunity for residents to learn more about town services and local resources including educational opportunities, healthcare, food assistance, heating, housing, homecare and more.
